Do you fabricate items according to customer’s scope?
Yes. Steven Steel has extensive experience fabricating products according to customer-supplied engineering drawings. We fabricate from approved drawings and meet all of the customer’s requirements.
What materials do you use in your fabrication?
We mainly work with structural steel, stainless steel and wrought iron. However, we can provide any material that meets your requirements.
Do you have experience fabricating items according to specific standards?
Yes. We have fabricated items according to and have done a great deal of work according to ODOT standards.
Have you ever worked with state transportation authorities?

What size structural pipe to you provide?
Steven Steel provides primarily 1″ through 16″ diameter pipe up to Sch 180. However, we can provide larger size pipe if needed.
Can you provide pipe with a coating?
Structural pipe can be provided as bare steel or with a coating. We typically provide prime painted, galvanized and powder coated pipe.
What type of bollards do you provide?
Steven Steel provides bollards from 4″ to 12″ in diameter with wall thicknesses up to XX-heavy. We can provide bollards with internal stiffener plate to enhance the durability and increase the security protection. Steven Steel also fabricates custom underground installed bollards used for high security installations with concrete embedded plates.
Can you incorporate a logo or brand name into a fabricated item?
Our custom fabrication can incorporate a logo or brand name into any metal fabrications. We have fabricated metal items that include customers’ logos, city seals, name and other metal demarcations that help identify and brand a project for our customers.
What types of vehicle railing do you provide?
Steven Steel fabricates ODOT Twin-Steel Tube, Minnesota Rail, New York Rail, Texas Tube and Deep Beam Retrofit. We can also custom fabricate railing according to customer provided specifications.
Can you fabricate a custom design ornamental fence?
Yes. We fabricate custom ornamental fence to meet customer supplied engineering designs. Steven Steel applies its creativity to custom design projects and produces a high quality product with pleasing aesthetics.
